In the same context of the previous project, the Mexican government tendered a project to design a strategic plan for the consolidation of 140 partnerships between Mexican SMEs and European SMEs from different sectors.
The ultimate goal of the project was to achieve a strengthening of the business by promoting the establishment and development of the activities of Mexican SMEs in European markets.
In developing the project included conducting an analysis of the competitive positioning of the participating SMEs and international market research aimed at promoting and sustaining partnerships planned.
