CONGENIA CYL designs and develops INTEGRAL TRAINING PROGRAMS adapted to the needs of each training project we face.

Our extensive experience in this field has allowed us to develop a practical and sustainable pedagogical methodology that allows the beneficiaries of our training programs to acquire knowledge in the subjects treated and also be able to update and transfer them to give sustainability to the project:

• Design and development of training programs in companies. They consist of programs focused on generating business fabrics capable of facing the difficulties of exporting action. Mexican, Spanish, Guatemalan, Nicaraguan and Panamanian entrepreneurs have been trained in diverse subjects, from international marketing techniques to strategic associations generation, through all kinds of issues related to international trade.
• Design and development of institutional training programs: in the scope of public domain, Congenia has developed training programs aimed at high-level officials who have been trained in foreign trade policies development, International trade agreements negotiation and management, public support for exports management, investment capture, etc.
