ESTABLISHMENT OF A CRITICAL PATH TO MEET COMMITMENTS ESTABLISHED IN PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN CENTRAL AND THE EUROPEAN UNION (COMMERCIAL COMPONENT)

Analysis of the AACUE (Trade Agreement between Central America and the European Union) regulations specifically regarding the trade pillar, a way to identify all those commitments to be fulfilled at the regional level, establishing a priority among those that are considered enabling, those without its compliance with the Agreement does not enter into force in Central American countries, including Panama, as well as those that are anticipated in the short and medium term.
