The LATINOSAN conferences are international events established as forums for political and technical discussion, held every three years in a country of the region, with the objective of promoting universal access to quality and sustainable sanitation services in Latin American countries and aims to position the issue of sanitation as a priority in the agendas of the region, in favor of improving the sanitation situation in Latin America.

For this purpose, it is necessary to contract this consultancy, in view of disseminating the information in the countries of the region, and to invite people and institutions related to the subject to participate in the conference; therefore, it is necessary to develop and implement a communication and marketing strategy, in order to achieve a wide participation and information to the general public, during the preparation process, the conferences, and the dissemination of the post-event results of the VI LATINOSAN 2022 Conference.

The main objective of the project is to develop, plan and execute the communication and marketing strategy for the VI Latin American Sanitation Conference. The specific objectives are: to implement a web page and a web portal to inform and promote the VI LATINOSAN Conference, allowing interaction to manage the participation of the interested public and; to disseminate, promote and position the VI LATINOSAN Conference in the national and international sanitation sector, to encourage their participation.
