SPECIFIC SURVEY AND INTERNATIONALIZATION AND MARKETING PLANS FOR MARKETS IN GERMANY, THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA, FOR SELLING TOP QUALITY FLOWERS OFFERED BY THE COMPANIES INTEGRATING THE ASSOCIATIVE GROUPS OF EXPOFLORES
Conduct a comprehensive study and concrete on the markets of Germany, United States, and Canada by identifying target clients and sales niche for top quality flower.
Based on market research in each country, developing a strategic plan for internationalization and marketing of short and medium term for each country.
Design the deployment plan defined strategies and create a monitoring system and monitoring compliance with the targets set in the plan.
Identification of a list of potential target customers, by country, formulated based on the types of flowers offered by the companies belonging to the associative groups. And present, disseminate and promote the results of the different levels and companies that integrate EXPOFLORES associative groups and overall.
Design and development of a comprehensive training plan on improving competitiveness both businesses oriented group members associations as institutions and agencies to promote its international launch in Ecuador.
