STUDIES AND TECHNICAL REPORTS FOR THE DRAFTING OF THE ACTION PLAN FOR THE VALLADOLID AUVA 2030 URBAN AGENDA, FINANCED BY THE EUROPEAN UNION -NEXTGENERATION EU.

The City Council of Valladolid approved on May 4, 2021, the strategic framework of the Urban Agenda of Valladolid (AUVA 2030) and is developing a participatory process for the collection of contributions from citizens, entities and groups. It also has a Media Plan to communicate the content of the Urban Agenda of Valladolid, AUVA 2030 to society. In order to proceed with the drafting of the Action Plan of the Urban Agenda of Valladolid AUVA 2030, CONGENIA has been selected to assist in the preparation and drafting of proposals, studies and technical reports, for the submission of projects and initiatives to the various European funding mechanisms by the City Council of Valladolid and its public sector entities, which in its object includes the contents of:

– Drafting and/or updating of strategic documents that serve as a basis for obtaining specific funds.

– Support for the public participation stage of the corresponding plan, strategy, project or initiative.

The present contract based on this framework agreement consists of technical support for, based on the results of the diagnosis and the strategic framework with the main strategic and specific objectives and lines of action (available at www.auva2030), the definition of an Action Plan containing a proposal of plans, programs and projects or specific actions to be developed up to 2030
