TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR THE PROJECT ENTITLED “INTEGRAL SUPPORT PROGRAMME FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM COMPANIES ” / TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE INTERNATIONAL POSITIONING OF ALCOHOLIC DRINKS FROM MEXICAN COMPANIES IN THE EUROPEAN MARKET”

The integral support programme for small and medium companies (PIAPYME) plans to undertake the Technical Assistance and Training for Groups of Companies in Specific Sectors, in order to increase their competitiveness and thereby obtain greater possibilities of success when entering the market of the European Union.

In this context, this project is aligned to the objectives of this program and involves the development of a comprehensive analysis of 35 tequila companies ahead of its foray into the European market, analysing their potential by designing a business plan for entry into the European Union.
