TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO POSITIONING INNOVATION INDUSTRY INTERNATIONAL FASHION (FOOTWEAR, TEXTILE, CLOTHING AND JEWELRY) IN THE EUROPEAN MARKET

The Project focused on the competitiveness improvement of companies by integrating in the innovation process, in the technological and management areas, as well as for the development and innovation management and its placement at European level to generate a brand image of best quality and technology.

The activities of the Projects include the contribution to companies competitive base generation, a new boost to other companies that generate an image of quality of the international fashion; the promotion of an innovation culture across the industry value chain; the generation of a new knowledge and technologies related to external promotion, branding, acquisition of technological innovation in production processes;  the identification and incorporation of companies and specialized software tools adapted to the reality of Mexican SMEs; the support to the Centre for Innovation and Development of Jalisco (CIDIJAL) development, to provide services to companies in four different sectors; the supply chain support to meet the industrial needs; the establishment of strategic alliances with international technology centres, design schools and European suppliers; the development of business plans focused on business development, internationalization and implementation of current policies; the positioning of the global fashion industry in Mexico through strategic alliances with major European portals.
