The role of Congenia in the MIND Project has been to take the technical management of the Project. In this way CONGENIA carried out the definition and implementation of the institution strategic plan, based on 4 pillars:

• Information: Congenia defined and implemented a business intelligence center to transfer high-value information to companies in order to make strategic decisions.
• Training: Congenia defined and started the MIND Campus to carry out workshops and training for SMEs and entrepreneurs in different subjects.
• Dissemination: Congenia defined and implemented the communication and visibility campaign of the Project both nationally and internationally. In this campaign are particularly remarkable the organization of the official inauguration of MIND on July 1, 2014 in the presence of the President of Mexico, Enrique Peña Nieto, as well as the events organization and logistics of such as the innovation forum and the MIND anniversary.

● Link: Congenia defined and implemented the linkage program with national and international organizations. Among them, the European Union program PROCEI (Mexico-European Union Competitiveness and Innovation Program) that allowed launching several strategic services and projects.
